• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
